WisWitTerms of Use
These terms govern your use of the WisWit app (the “app”) and the wiswit.app website. By downloading or using the app you accept these terms.
1. The service
WisWit finds crop suggestions in your photos and applies light edits (crop, rotation, tone, colour). All processing happens on your device. Suggestions are a photography aid; we do not guarantee that every suggestion will suit your taste.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app, except as law expressly permits. On iOS, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) also applies.
3. Your photos and content
Your photos belong to you. We do not receive, store or use them; processing happens on your device. You are responsible for the legality of the content you edit and share and for respecting third parties’ rights (image, personality, copyright).
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
- Do not try to disrupt the app or bypass its security.
- Do not abuse the app or our site with automated means.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its name, logo, design and code belong to or are licensed to Mavi Piksel. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the app. Backing up your important photos is your responsibility; WisWit does not touch your originals but cannot be held responsible for data loss caused by your device or operating system. Your statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract are not affected.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. You may stop using the app any time; your licence ends when you uninstall it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. As a consumer you keep the benefit of mandatory consumer-protection provisions in your country of residence and your right to the competent consumer courts or arbitration boards.
